WHAT YOU'LL BE SHOWCASING

You’ll be introducing surgeons and healthcare professionals to SurgicalPerformance, a powerful, secure online platform designed to help them:

Capture and review surgical outcomes
Gain insights into patterns of care of their cases
Benchmark outcomes anonymously across the global surgical community
Capture Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) and Patient Satisfaction scores at critical recovery milestones

In a time where data-driven care is the future, you will be offering a solution that genuinely helps improve the world of surgery for the benefit of both, surgeons and patients.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re not after a conventional sales rep. We’re looking for someone dynamic, self-driven and ready to grow. Someone with curiosity plugged into their DNA and the confidence to navigate ambiguity.

If you’re a nurse, midwife or healthcare professional who:

Is naturally curious and thrives on learning and evolving
Thrives on building new connections and authentic connections
Is confident using technology and comfortable navigating digital platforms
Is self-motivated, proactive and energised by working independently

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Part-time to start (flexible hours)
Opportunity to grow with the business into a larger role if it’s the right fit
Work-from-home role, ideally South-East Queensland-based, with opportunities to meet prospects in person
Training and support provided to help you transition into a sales-focused role

SALARY AND COMMISSION

We’re open to negotiation based on your experience and goals.

This role includes:

A base salary (negotiable)
Performance-based commission
Potential for increased hours and responsibility as the role grows
